Really enjoyed our rooms with a pull out bed. The location was good, relatively close to Marion Square. We was there for 2 nights and will come back.

New-fashioned rooms complete with all amenities, a pull out bed and the bedroom, very responsive and helpful staff. The location is good in the middle of jackson. Plus, this hotel is right by store, shopping, and restaurants, and market Street and the French quarter.

Oh man, the food scene nearby was a treasure trove! I hit up Chubby Fish for some out-of-this-world seafood and the salads blew my mind! Plus, the place was super cute and comfy, just what you want after a day of munching on tasty bites. Totally loved my stay in this Executive Suite!
But hold up, we got locked out of our room for hours! That key code had a meltdown just when we needed our stuff to hit the town. Staff tried to help, but the whole situation was a bit of a mess, even if they did eventually come through.

Enjoyed the espresso and bottled water as thoughtful touches, and the spacious bathroom was impressively clean. Parking could be more convenient, and a more varied breakfast would enhance the overall experience. The layout of the room could use some design tweaks for better functionality.

What a cozy spot! The layout was lovely, and I adored the extra privacy with the curtains. It was like home with the kitchenette and wine-not to mention the sweet little welcome gift!
But honestly, I was expecting an outdoor space. Instead, I seemed like an awkward intruder borrowing furniture!

perfectly positioned for charleston's best strolls and sights
After enjoying three nights in a cozy superior suite, I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the scenic Joe Riley Waterfront Park and a quick walk of less than 5 minutes to the charming eateries and bars around. The stay felt very homely with clean spaces and some good complimentary treats, made my evenings relaxing.

missingWrote a review on 03 Julspacious apartmentconvenient accessconfusing entrylocking issues
The ground floor apartment provided easy access. The overall layout felt spacious, especially for a couple looking to unwind.
Navigating the entrance gates proved a bit tricky, with the absence of any green indicator light for entry. The automatic locking system caused a few headaches. I faced confusion about parking payments and struggled with malfunctioning codes that left me locked out at checkout. Instructions for the coffee maker and dishwasher were missing, resulting in a scramble for extra coffee. Limited staff hours meant awkward lugging of bags before and after our stay-not ideal for a relaxing getaway.
